Such a really lovely stay during Christmas holidays. Fairly large & clean hotel, its location is stunning next to the numerous local wineries, main restaurants, Chateau Elan. The staff was willing to help, always accommodating. The breakfast is perfect at the facility, had appetising food. Liked efficient check-in and late check-out. Nice pool area too.

beautiful venue but lacking comfort
The hotel featured fine landscaping that created a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed really good massages that left us feeling rejuvenated. The wine tasting experience was good, showcasing some amazing selections.
Upon check-in, we were disappointed to find our room filled with cobwebs and spiders.

A Scenic Getaway with Room for Improvement
The picturesque grounds were a highlight . We loved the wine tasting experience, especially the well trained staff. Our check-in was rocky, and noise from nearby events made it hard to relax. Consider visiting on a weekday for a quieter stay.

The beautiful hotel offered excellent amenities, notably the spa services and the responsive staff. It was enjoyable to relax outside the tasting room with a glass of wine, and brunch at the Spa was particularly good. The pool area felt overcrowded was great, and the wait for cleaning was frustrating. The strong chemical scents in the bathroom detracted from the experience.
